The name “Prost” is Bavarian for “Cheers” and represents “Having a great time with family and friends. Owned and operated by Bavarian natives Rick and Renate Baruschka. They have been proudly serving authentic German/Bavarian food in Maryland since 1998. Their goal is to share a little piece of their homeland with you every time you visit.

The menu will consist of assorted bratwursts, potato salad, sauerkraut, and soft pretzels. We’re honored to have them at the brewery as part of our Oktoberfest celebration.
