Sam Cobb
Sam Cobb is a standup comedian based out of the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area. While in high school, Sam was inspired by the brilliance of comedians such as Kevin Hart, Dave Chappelle and Michael Che. He realized then that he truly aspired to follow in their footsteps, and that making people laugh is what makes him feel happy and complete. He began following his dream immediately after graduating, and has since become a fixture of the DMV comedy scene. Sam has developed a style and comedy content that will show you a unique and hilarious view of the world. Venues Sam has played include the DC Drafthouse, Church Of Satire Comedy Club (Hanover, PA), The Grisly Pear (NYC) and The PIT Theater (NYC).
Steve Tracy
Steve Tracy is a standup comedian that has honed his craft working on the Baltimore, Maryland comedy scene. His time as a comic in Charm City has enabled Steve to use his sharp mind and quick wit to craft well-conceived, hilarious jokes, as well as develop his own unique style of interacting with audiences. Steve’s material reflects his experience with relationships, family, friends, and the world around us. Steve has performed at Magooby’s Joke House (Baltimore), DC Comedy Loft, Wiley’s Comedy Club (Dayton), Harrisburg Comedy Zone (PA), The Grisly Pear (NYC) and The PIT Theater (NYC). Ray Jubela
Ray is a Washington DC based comedian who grew up idolizing George Carlin, and dreamed that one day he would be on stage bringing the laughter. Ray is a big guy with a big heart, and an even bigger body! The Hero Rescue demonstrates respect and compassion for each individual who we interact with. They are committed to our community. Although their focus is on overcrowded high kill shelters, they also take on animals from local shelters whenever possible. They also provide pet food, vet care, and training resources.
Please help us raise money for Nash's surgery. Nash is 6 years old and was born with Stage 3 Microtia. The surgery, scheduled for April 17th, will repair his ear and allow him to hear.

Join us for the fourth annual chili cook off with all proceeds to benefit Luna’s House, which is an animal rescue. Registration opens Sunday, January 5 until all 12 spots are filled. If you are interested in being a People’s Choice judge; just show up that day. The cost is $10 to eat and judge, but we are only allowing up to 50 people to judge, so don’t delay getting here that day.
The contest will run from 12pm - 3pm with the winners announced at approximately 3:30pm. Come out and support our local animal rescue.

Justin has been a musician in the Maryland music scene for over 10 years since moving from his hometown in Connecticut. His major influences include blues legends Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Bonamassa, Warren Haynes, while also being heavily influenced by the acoustic work of musicians like Tommy Emmanuel and Tony Rice. In his time as a professional musician, he has performed alongside many nationally known artists such as Ron Holloway, Warren Haynes, and Jimmy Vivino. One of the highlights of his career is his appearance with Ron Holloway at the Warren Haynes Christmas Jam in Asheville, NC in 2018. This led to additional appearances alongside Warren Haynes and members of Gov't Mule.
Justin has always had the passion to play in a power trio since so many of his favorite bands and influences follow this format. Second Wind is the perfect platform for Justin to follow that passion and showcase his talents.

Eric has been playing for 25+ years and played/sung with some great local musicians including Spike Settles (Never Never), Dennis Schocket, Double Feature (Kevin Rose and Ed Loftice), Greg Sey, Dale Coleman, Joe Hughes, and many more.
Eric is a lover of classic rock and blues. It comes out in his singing and arrangements. He blends that into a very eclectic songbook from the 70's, 80's and 90's that includes The Commodores, America, Allman Brothers, Prince and Alice in Chains (just to name a few).
