Mark Taylor had a dream that he’d write a murder mystery that took place at his favorite watering hole. Finding it hilarious, he went to co-owner, Mark Moody, the next day to report his dream who urged Mark Taylor to go ahead and write the book. Mark interviewed staff, local patrons, and some musicians, and we’re all excited to read the book.

So, join us as The Willig Boys kick off the evening from 6:30pm-7:30pm with great tunes and a song that Jeff wrote based on the novel. After that, Mark will talk about the inspiration behind the book, read a few excerpts, and answer questions. His book will be available for purchase that night.

Mark is a retired state employee who wrote his first novel at the age of 55. He lives with his wife Carmella on a dead end street within walking distance of DGB.
